At Happy Dolphin Studio, every wallpaper order is custom printed specifically for you. Because of this made-to-order process, wallpaper orders are considered final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for reasons such as incorrect measurements, material selection, or a change of mind.

We'll Make It Right

We want you to love your wallpaper. If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect due to our error

please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging (if applicable)

We'll review your request and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or another suitable solution.

Returns & Refunds

Because every wallpaper order is printed especially for you, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect measurements provided when ordering
  • Ordering the wrong material
  • Ordering the wrong quantity
  • Colour expectations or minor variations between screens and printed wallpaper
  • Installation errors or unsuitable wall conditions
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Change of mind after production has started

Before You Order

To help ensure the best possible result, we recommend:

  • Ordering a sample to see the colour and material in your own space.
  • Carefully measuring your walls before placing your order.
  • Using our Measurement Guide and Wallpaper Calculator to estimate the amount of wallpaper you'll need.

Colour & Print Variations

Every wallpaper order is professionally printed to order. While we work hard to ensure colour consistency, slight variations may occur between screens, samples, and different print runs. To achieve the best colour match, we recommend ordering your complete quantity at the same time.
