This website is owned and operated by Happy Dolphin Studio. Throughout these Terms, the words "we," "us," and "our" refer to Happy Dolphin Studio.

We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. Any changes become effective once published on this page. By continuing to use our website after changes have been posted, you agree to the updated Terms.

2. Products & Product Information

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time without prior notice.

Our wallpapers are professionally printed to order. As a result, slight variations in colour, scale, texture, or pattern placement may occur. Colours may also appear differently depending on your screen, device, lighting conditions, and the material selected.

To ensure you're happy with your purchase, we strongly recommend ordering a sample before placing a full wallpaper order.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product information, measurements, and specifications before purchasing. Our Measurement Guide and Wallpaper Calculator are provided as helpful tools, but customers remain responsible for verifying all measurements before placing an order.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to update pricing, correct errors, or modify product information at any time, including after an order has been placed. If a significant pricing error affects your order, we'll contact you before proceeding.

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and payment information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where fraud, unauthorized resale, or misuse of our services is suspected.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States.

Estimated production and delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other circumstances outside our control may occasionally occur.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect shipping information.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Our wallpapers are custom printed specifically for each order.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet started. After this cancellation window has passed, orders are considered in production and can no longer be cancelled.

Returns, refunds, replacements, and order issues are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Installation & Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the selected wallpaper is suitable for the intended wall surface and environment before installation.

We recommend carefully following our installation instructions and, where appropriate, using a professional installer.

Please inspect your wallpaper before installation. If you believe your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, do not install it. Instead, contact us immediately so we can assist you.

Happy Dolphin Studio is not responsible for issues resulting from improper installation, unsuitable wall conditions, inadequate surface preparation, excessive moisture, incompatible paints or primers, or the use of third-party tools or adhesives.

7. Intellectual Property

All artwork, wallpaper designs, patterns, graphics, photographs, logos, text, and other content on this website are the intellectual property of Happy Dolphin Studio and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, sold, or used without our prior written permission.

8. User-Generated Content

If you tag @happydolphinstudio, use our branded hashtags, submit reviews, photographs, testimonials, or otherwise share content featuring our products, you grant Happy Dolphin Studio a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, publish, and share that content for marketing, promotional, and business purposes.

Whenever reasonably possible, we'll be happy to credit the original creator.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Happy Dolphin Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the purchase, installation, or use of our products.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from or relating to your use of this website or the purchase of our products shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles.
