We know that color, texture, and scale are important when choosing wallpaper. That's why our samples are printed on the same premium materials as our full-size panels, so you can experience the true finish before placing your order.

We highly recommend ordering a sample, as colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings and the lighting in your home.
For larger pattern designs
If you're considering a wallpaper with a larger-scale pattern, we recommend ordering a 2 ft panel instead of a standard sample. This gives you a much better impression of the design, scale, and overall look on your wall.
Important
Please don't use a sample or a single panel as part of your final installation. Every order is custom printed specifically for your project, so panels ordered separately may not align perfectly with your final wallpaper order.
How to Measure Your Space
To ensure the perfect fit, always measure the full width and full height of your wall.
Do not subtract windows, doors, fireplaces, closets, or other openings. Our wallpaper is printed in full panels, and these areas are trimmed during installation.
If your ceiling is angled or vaulted, measure to the highest point of the wall.

Installation Tips
For the best results, we recommend having your wallpaper installed by a professional.
- Prepare your walls. Remove any existing wallpaper and repair or sand imperfections. Walls should be clean, dry, smooth, and free of dirt, grease, and cleaning residue before installation.
- Allow fresh paint to cure. For freshly painted walls, wait 30–45 days before installing your wallpaper.
- Start with a level first panel. Every panel follows the first one, so take your time to ensure it's perfectly straight.
- Work slowly. Install one panel at a time, smoothing as you go to remove air bubbles.
- Don't stretch the wallpaper. When positioning or repositioning Peel & Stick wallpaper, take care not to stretch the material, as this can affect seam and pattern alignment.
- Trim after installation. Apply the full panel first, then trim around ceilings, skirting boards, windows, and doors using a sharp knife.
- Textured walls. Our wallpaper performs best on smooth walls. Peel & Stick wallpapers are not recommended for heavily textured walls. For textured walls, we recommend testing a sample first or choosing LUXE Traditional Wallpaper.
Please note: We cannot guarantee successful adhesion or long-term performance on heavily textured walls.

Because every wallpaper order is custom printed to your specifications, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect measurements, ordering errors, or installation issues.

As each order is printed individually, slight colour variations may occur between different print runs. For this reason, we cannot guarantee an exact colour match on additional panels ordered at a later date.

Can I order a sample?
Yes! Simply select "Sample" under the Panel Size options before adding your order to the cart.
Can I install Peel & Stick wallpaper on textured walls?
Peel & Stick performs best on smooth, clean walls. For textured surfaces, we recommend LUXE Traditional Wallpaper.
Can I order extra panels later?
Yes, but because each order is custom printed, we cannot guarantee an exact colour match between different print runs. We recommend ordering your full quantity at the same time.
What if I measured incorrectly?
Our Measurement Guide and Wallpaper Calculator are designed to help you estimate how much wallpaper you'll need. Please double-check all measurements before placing your order, as customers are responsible for the measurements provided. If you're unsure, we're always happy to help before you order.
Do colours look exactly the same as on my screen?
Colours may vary slightly between monitors, mobile devices, and the final printed wallpaper. Lighting conditions can also affect how colours appear in your space. For the most accurate representation, we always recommend ordering a sample before placing a full wallpaper order.
Can I install wallpaper in a bathroom?
Peel & Stick and LUXE Peel & Stick are not recommended for high-humidity spaces such as bathrooms. Please refer to the Installation Guide for your selected material before installing wallpaper in a humid environment.
How do I clean my wallpaper?
Our wallpaper is wipeable. Gently clean the surface with a soft, damp cloth.
Can I remove Peel & Stick wallpaper?
Yes. Both Peel & Stick and LUXE Peel & Stick are designed for clean removal when applied to a properly prepared wall. Remove the wallpaper slowly and carefully to help protect the wall surface.
Can I return my wallpaper?
Because every wallpaper order is custom printed specifically for you, wallpaper purchases are considered final sale. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll work with you to make it right.
